Reported to Management for $3.5 million in stocked material, 8000 line items for two warehouses in Bosnia and Croatia. Oversaw Government Furnished Equipment and directed all basic research and processed developed activities to support company’s strategic objective and annual budget of $2.1 million. Oversaw monthly purchases of $100,000.00 for all vital repair parts in

support of the Maintenance Department. Managed repair parts, supply inventory, and government furnished equipment (GFE) section. Expedited material through the military supply system for emergency type projects.

Staff Supervision: Managed 12 employees in daily warehouse activities, directing them through communication processes, inventory status, daily situation reports, and daily issuance. Directed weekly safety briefings, enforcing company rules and regulations. Worked with Government Source of Supplies, utilizing DODDAC assigned to Brown & Root.

• Professionally represented company and met with visiting Dignitaries during briefings about warehouse functions/techniques.
• Planned new warehouse set-up in Croatia. Advised daily activities, procedures, and control/supply methods; trained the staff.
• Drastically reduced supply cost by negotiating favorable purchase agreements.
• Ensured installed computer program was running at 100% by effectively overseeing periodic manual inventories.
