The initial consultancy was to identify short comings and resolve problems the client were experiencing with their logistics and purchasing department and operational base in the refugee camps of Kountaya, Boreah and Kissidougou. I was asked to return in order to carry out staff development and training programs geared specifically to procurement and logistics. Upon completion I was hired by ARC HQ to prepare and present a Global Procurement Procedures and Policy Manual for their international operations. I subsequently returned to Guinea to assist and provide advice in the expansion of the ARC operation and programs into the Nzerekore and Guekadou areas.
