Selected to lead and develop the daily administrative duties for a large Multi National oil Company based in Saudi Arabia. Duties include complete control of Camp Facilities for one camp totaling 300 people and to oversea the labor camp totaling 3000 people. Organize the day to day running of the office, flight scheduling, transportation, HR duties, and procurement of office and camp supplies. Total of direct hires in office 20 and oversea 150 in-direct hires of the O&M Contractor. Developing Standard Operating Procedures for both Contractor and Labor Camps and for the Administration Department on site.
Daily supervision in all aspects of Camp operations that include housekeeping, laundry, catering, logistics, vehicle maintenance, and transportation. Coordinate local recruitment and training, staff welfare, flights and requests for rest and recuperation.
