o Establish and verify with the contractor set out points and datum points
o Request and obtain from the contractor a site condition and existing services survey.
o Request Contractors Health & Safety plan – review and comment/approve accordingly.
o Request Contractors QA & QC manual – review and comment/approve accordingly.
3- Utilizing of computer software for the document and drawing control.
4- Maintaining a full set of Design drawings, schedules, specifications etc.
