Summary
Cover Letter:

In my professional career as waste management professional, I worked as researcher for the Intevep institute - Petroleos de Venezuela S. A. (PDVSA) as "Researcher II" and I have worked in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México as Lectureer for the Ecology mather in the Biology School and in the Health and Care Secretary in México. My former job was performed in the "Centro de Investigación en Materiales Avanzados S. C." in Chihuahua, México, as the "Waste Management Team Leader" for a short period project. Actually I am developing consulting activities, in the environmental section in the Alpha Consulting Group.

In a wide sense my working experience was developed in:

Oil Corporate industry and academic environment too; specially dedicated to waste management research area, for the oil industry and for mining wastes management (actually I have a proposal for soils contaminates with heavy metals for the Peñoles Mining Corporation, pending of acceptance). I am oriented for providing practical solutions for industrial and environmental problems. I have worked as a Environmental Specialist for the Petroleos de Venezuela S. A. Corporation in the recent past. I have participated as environmental specialist in the official environmental regulations upgrading discussion team in Venezuela as in México, specially for oil polluted soil restoration standards for oil industry, clean-up environmental standars and for the hazardous waste management regulations.

Puerto La Cruz Refinery, Venezuela (Petroleos de Venezuela S. A.), designing strategies and executing for oil recovery and restoration labours for oil impacted areas, always observing HSE adequate labour conditions. I have worked in ecological restoration of oil polluted natural ecosystems, at the Mochima National Park (300 miles east of Caracas, Venezuela) of their oil polluted soils, and in the "Ciénegas de Juan Manuel" natural reserve (at the south of Maracaibo Lake in Venezuela) recovering polluted areas. Two years ago I have performed the Senior Project position for the waste management Plan at the PDVSA Intevep intitute. I have worked recenttly as environmental specialistin Centro de Investigaciones de Materiales Avanzados S. C. (CIMAV) en Chihuahua. In that Center I conducted a research about using biosolids as a viable amendment for semiarid and poorer soils (in the north of México). During all that labours, I have managed multidisciplinar teams in field, laboratory and office.

My academic formation comprises a Bachellor degree in Biology (by National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM), a Master degree in Ecology (by Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research, IVIC), and actually I am finishing my PhD studies in Ecology (by IVIC too).

I worked as Ecology professor for the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México University. The matters in which I teach were: General Ecology I (Population and Community Ecology); General Ecology II (Multivariate Satistical Methods applied to Ecology Problems); "Field Ecology II" and "Field Ecology II" (Long term Field Ecology Research for Ponds and Lakes of Central Mexico).
I have worked in the "Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores Monterrey" University as the teacher of the "Mind Skills Development" and "Scientific Research Methods" matters, in their Junior School level. At the same time I worked as Specialist Technician in the Health and Care Secretary for the Mexico City´s Pest Control Commission.

I think my expertises mentioned above would be useful for your organization. If you need more information you could find it in my c.v. (in spanish) or my Résumé (in english), but if you need to know any other information please don´t hesitate to ask me for. Actually I am living in Mexico and I have many academic and administrative contacts here, but I could relocate my residence according the job needs.
