Performed interdisciplinary experimental work to characterize bioreactor flow for animal/cell culture. Involves quantifying mixing time using colorimetric diagnosis, visualization of flow patterns and measurement of shear stress values on the vessel floor stirred by a 6-bladed Rushton impeller.
