 Responsible for the Daily HR Operations and entire staff administration

 Was completely responsible for the New Hire Orientation where every
new employees are taken through a two days off job training
 Updating and maintaining of the employee database and the centralized
software’s, viz: Recruitment Management System (HRMS) and the
Centralized Resource Information System (HRIS)
 Team was responsible for doing active follow up with ‘offer made’
candidates, confirming the joining date and any further negotiation
