Job Summary and Scope:
To provide administrative and organizational support for the Senior Development Manager.
To provide an overall administrative coordinating role for the above group of projects.
To ensure that the administrative and organizational systems required to support a number of different projects are coordinated, consistent and efficient.
To oversee the work of project specific administrative staff to ensure that systems and processes are consistent and coordinated across all projects.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Respond on behalf of the Senior Development Manager to correspondence when requested.
Answer questions, take messages and deal with queries and enquiries in a professional manner and always confidentially.
Undertake a variety of administrative work without supervision and ad hoc exercises as requested by Team Members.
Maintain an efficient flow of correspondence and other administration issues using an effective filing and referencing system.
Coordinate arrangements for meetings and assemble appropriate material in a timely manner. Attend meetings as required to take minutes.
