ACTIVITIES involved.
Reporting to Superintendent / Admin. Manager

Independently handling Financial, Administrative & Personnel matters relating to projects consisting of over 700 multinational employees.

• Up-keep & maintenance of extensive office, Preparing Monthly Cost & Progress report, handling Employees time for Payroll calculation, Co-ordination with Site & Project offices, Controlling & monitoring Catering Sub-contract, Monitoring employees Leave schedule & Travel arrangements, compiling Monthly Safety Statistics Reports as per contractual requirements, liaise with Client & their Representatives, etc..

• Planning requirement of equipment and manpower.

• Preparation of weekly manpower and equipment reports and month end accruals.

• Preparing monthly project evaluation reports.

• Telephone co-ordination.

• Oversee journey management for all vehicle movements to and from Sites.

FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES:


Preparation of Oxy Financial Report – Daily Basis.
This report includes day to day billing of 700man power and more than 250 equipment on hourly basis amount to US$ 85000/ day.

The hours will get from the daily time card submitted by each foreman for each crew.
After getting the hours, calculation should be done through the specific rate fixed by Oxy for each trade i.e. for Welder, Fitter, Labourer, Grinder , Foreman , Supervisor etc……..for man power.
Crane , Forklift, Trailer , compressor etc……for equipment.

Preparation of Cost Summary.
Cost summary is the proper allocation of cost by each work instruction i.e The Net Total of the report should be splitted according to each work instruction through PROJECT ACCOUNT RECEIPT BASIS ( PAR).

Preparation of Cost Accrual – Monthly Basis.
Cost accrual is the total estimated cost of the project for each month.

Total estimated cost of entire Manpower ( Salary)
Total estimated cost of entire Equipment ( Hire rental rate of each Equip.)
Total estimated cost of entire camp operation ( Foood & Accommodation of each employee, Diesel Exp. And Camp maintenance).

Handling of Petty Cash.
Majority of the petty cash dealfish are on I O U basis which will come around more than RO10000/- ( US$26000) month.

Scrutinizing of Invoices.
Various Invoices from each sub contractors at the end of the month should be verified and cleared through prescribed hourly rate.
