Supervises indirectly up to 30 Third Country Nationals (TCN).
Manages and processes all receiving and shipping functions (build, load, check, making and processing label) of Theatre Consolidation and Shipping Point for break bulk, break down, truck, container (pure and mix), ALOC pallet (Air), multipack, ITV/RFID, AMS, TCMD and Hazmat.
Manages and processes Hazmat shipping by IATA and IMO guidelines.
Train personnel on the process and procedures of shipping and load mastering truck and container.
Manages service support for yard’s functions and DLA.

Supervised directly 3 Third Country Nationals (TCN) and indirectly up to 12 TCNs at one time.
Managed and processesed 58,000 items calculated in excess of $690 million.
Key contributor in achieving $450+ million in cost avoidance during first six months.
Directed activities of the daily operations within the Stock Control Section to include trucking, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and personnel as well as issuing Counseling Statements, Performance Appraisal/Evaluations, and Quality Control (QC) Reports of Safety and Environmental Guidelines.
Processed items from the Iraq/ Afghanistan Theater for redistribution, repair or disposal as well as daily reports of Stock Control, SARSS, productivity, Shipment Set, Dollar Values, and statistics on CONUS and OCUNUS shipments.

Directly supervised Class 2 & 4 operation, (Defense Reutilization- Management Operation) DRMO turned in, classified parts issues, and Scrap metals issues for local customers.
Directly supervised Carpentry Shop operation in fulfillment of Shipping’s empty containers, blocked container for tire shipment, filled department’s daily wood usage and wood recycle program’s, and local customer’s needs.
