Project consist of entire area around 32,000 sq.mts. Having residential complex with amenities like shopping center, club house, swimming pool etc.

• Group Housing Project For M/S. Kores India Pvt. Ltd. At Rudrapur Uttaranchal.
Area of Project -15,000 sq.mt.
Project cost -150 million
• Housing Scheme At Malkapur For M/S Birla Cotsyn India Ltd.
Housing scheme includes – Worker Housing, Staff Quarters, Officers Quarters, Bachelor Quarters, and Guest House etc.

• Corporate Administrative Building for M/s Sutlej Industries and Textiles Ltd. at Bhilad Gujarat. (K. K. Birla Group)
• Swimming pool complex for MSEB (Maharashtra state electricity board) at Bhusawal, Maharashtra

c) Industrial Projects
• Proposed Textile Park for Dessan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. At Shirpur Dist. Dhule.
- Project consists of entire area around 105 acres of land development with around 25 mills, Staff Quarters, Administrative Buildings, Exhibition center, Creshe Building including the development of services like Road Network, Drainage Network, Water Supply, Storm Water Drainage, Sewage Disposal System, Electricity Sypply Network, CETP Network with ancillary buildings and cost estimation etc.

- Cost of project- 1850 million
- The project got clearance from Ministry of textile India.
- Project status- Land development started.
• 36000 Spindles Spinning Mill at Malkapur for M/s Birla Cotsyn India Ltd. (Yash Birla Group)
- Project consist of the spinning mill containing process starting from Raw Material Godown to Finish Material Godown with end product is the cotton Yarn. The total Process undergoes various departments starting from Blow Room, Preparatory Dept., Ring Spinning dept. Post Spinning Dept.etc. Including services like Humidification of the entire manufacturing Area.
- Main building area is 256m x 66m with 10.5m wide two service strip accommodating humidification towers and ancillary departments
- Cost of project- 100 million
- Project status- Finishing Work Started
• Open End Spinning Unit for M/s Birla Cotsyn India Ltd. at Khamgaon. (Yash Birla Group)
- Project consists of the open end spinning mill. Including services like Humidification of the entire manufacturing Area.
- Main building area is 130m x 40m with 10.5m wide service strip

• Proposed 114 Air jet loom Weaving Unit for M/s Birla Cotsyn India Pvt. Ltd.(Yash Birla Group) at Malkapur Maharashtra.
• 25,000 Spindles Spinning Mill for M/s D.G. Cotsyn (I) Ltd. At Amaravati, Maharashtra
- Project consist of the spinning mill containing process starting from Raw Material Godown to Finish Material Godown with end product is the Cotton Yarn. The total process undergos various deprtments starting from Blow room, preparatory Dept., Ring Spinning Dept. Post Spinning Dept.etc. Including services like Humidification of the entire manufacturing Area.
