1. Duration :- Apr 2006 to Till Now
I am working in Dubai Electricity and Water Board (DEWA) in UAE as DCS Operator for the New Power plant of capacity of 2200 MW Gas and Steam Turbine Power Plant which is under Final Commissioning stage. This plant has Desalination plant of 125 MIGD capacity. Total 7 GT of GE make model – 9351(3 Nos.) Frame 9 machine with MARK VI Controller and TOSMAP DCS and Seimens V 94.3A(3 Nos.) with SIMADYN-D Contoller & TELEPREM XP SIEMENS / ABB 4 STG ( 2 x 155 MW & 2 x 200 MW), 9 Desalination plant, 7 HRSG and 3 Aux. boiler of capacity of 5400 T/hr of HP Steam generation( 100 Bar(a)) capacity in total.
2. Duration :- Oct 2005 to Mar 2006
I have worked as the Commissioning DCS Operator (ABB Symphomy) for the India's largest CFBC boiler in Gujarat Mineral and Development Corporation (GMDC) Thermal Power Plant in Kutch , Gujarat representing the ALSTOM Pvt Limited. We was directly reporting to the German Commissioning Head. It is of 2 boiler of 405 T /Hr for each unit. This thermal Power plant is of 2 x 125 MW Power plant , Ansaldo Italy Turbine.
3. Duration :- June 2004 to Sep 2005
I was worked in the Larsen & Toubro-E&C Division, Baroda. For the Erection and Commissioning of 445 MW Gas Power Plant in Andhra. GT is of Siemens V 94.2 (2 Nos.) Silo type of 140 MW each. I was involved in the HRSG, Bypass stack system and BOP Erection and commissioning. I have also handled the unloading of the GT and HRSG Modules from Kakinada Port to the Site using Axles. I also have been involved in the Civil Activities of the plant.
4. Duration :- Jan 2003 To May 2004
From Campus Interview, during Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engg, I have joined in Thermax Babcock & Wilcox ltd. Pune (TBW- a Reputed Boiler Manufacturing Company in India) as a site Commissioning Engineer on Jan-2003.
