To work in close association with “Rio Tinto” management on daily basis and to ensure all KPI`s and contractual obligations are achieved. To ensure the highest achievable standards are maintained.
Manage all contractual obligations and services to the operation of 2 camps consisting of 1100 rooms – 2 Taverns – 2 Dining Rooms. “I’m Licensee Argyle Diamond Mine Village Tavern” - 2 Deli’s - Large industrial mine cleaning sector including surface and underground operations plus the operation of the airport. The airport services 14 flights per week with over thousand passengers over a five-day period. I’m responsible for all ground handling of the aircraft (RAMP) and bus service to and from the mine and respective Villages. This also includes management and training of all staff as per SKYWEST procedures and operations on Fokker F100 aircraft and ground handling.
Manage a staff manning level of 80 employees on 2 & 1 rotating roster.
