CAREER OBJECTIVES & GOALS:
In 2004, I became involved in project engineering. My career has since developed and I have held the position of Planning Engineer and Certification Engineer. I have experience with pipeline process developing philosophy and specifications for safety, environmental and commissioning and with civil construction works. I have also prepared time schedules for operations and commissioning activities.
It is my ambition to become a well known, experienced and successful project manager on an international project. The targets I have set myself will involve gaining experience in a gradual way, starting from my present position through engineering planning, gaining experience on a system by system basis and developing an understanding of a system’s timing. For instance, being a Certification Engineer has improved my knowledge of a systems details by being involved across all engineering disciplines.
Good interpersonal skills ensure success in a group or an individual basis. The hardworking ethic remains an integral part of my personality.
My industrial engineering ambition is to seek additional experience overseas in Petrochemical or similar Industries in an international company. I have excellent computer-database skills, and experience in certification engineering, planning-scheduling, and site engineering.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Saved the project one month time by finding and bringing pressure safety valve earlier than expected date.
• Solved a system quality procedure problem which temporarily halted system completion
• Increased efficiency by using resources right

CAREER HISTORY:
Responsible for Management of the Primavera Construction Process and to execute all studies related with planning and scheduling, to control subcontractor reports and responsible for submitting reports and data needed, optimization studies, statistical studies and forecasting for ENKA Civil Construction Works Project.
Responsible for Management of the GOC Construction and Commissioning Certification Process, to demonstrate Technical Integrity has been achieved prior to Handover and start up by Operations for the Ceyhan Terminal and the associated Pumping Stations, for the BOTAS BTC Crude Oil Pipeline (Turkish Sector). The scope covers all aspects of certification within each contract area, design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
Key roles
Contribute to the development and implementation of a completions strategy, in particular the handover process. Manage and facilitate discipline walk-downs and Tri-Party walk-down.
Provide reporting on the detail of Primavera and GOC process and their database on the progress of Construction and Commissioning completion, using, BOTAS Project Specific Forms (PSF) to underpin GOC Certificates.
Develop commissioning team linkages and interfaces with other project functions. Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, Schedules, cost estimates, using Primavera and MS Project associated with the commissioning/completions scope and handover process.
Incorporate lessons learned from other Stations and import best commissioning, technical integrity and certification practices in support of project delivery.
Manage the Primavera and GOC activities and resources within schedule and budget targets.
Demonstrate technical integrity using the GOC structured framework.
Identification and control of Technical Integrity Certification related risks.
Support the co-ordination of handover criteria leading to presentation of a fully supported package for Project/Operations acceptance and verification for handover.

Basic and detail engineering on certifying systems. Experience in; controlling Construction Record Book’s, checking PSF forms, preparing certificates and finalizing MC1 (Mechanical Completion) and SH1 (System Handover) dossiers, additionally handling completion manager position when his absence, coordinating construction, completion, sub contractor and vendor teams for system checks, walk-downs and readiness on dossiers, maintaining reports and records.
