Job Description

Electronics manufacturer in Tulsa OK is looking for a Production Control Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in production management or production control. Candidates must show career progression and supervisory experience. Must be experienced in LEAN Manufacturing KANBAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Contract manufacturing or job shop experience is preferred. Must have knowledge of Accounting Purchasing Engineering Quality Assurance and Production. Prefer candidates with knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Total Quality Management (TQM) International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Mil Specs. Must be proficient in Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) execution and functionality and Excel. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills oral and written are required. Responsibilities will include providing leadership coordination and direction for the planning function inter-departmental coordination to meet schedules minimize working capital and optimize production resources review and resolve MRP exception messages review future production schedules to ensure available material and capacity and monitor inventories and coordinate actions to attain objectives. As Manager you will also interview applicants recommend and approve terminations transfers and promotions. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Industrial Management or Business Administration is required.
