This ambitious new project is soon to enter construction phase. It will supply major industrial manufacturing plants.
An experienced O&M Manager is now required to lead the technical, operational, commissioning and ramp-up aspects of the project with full responsibility for developing and managing technical strategy, organisation, processes and systems to enable the plant to reach full production capacity as soon as possible.
You will develop the strategy, the O&M and TSA agreements for the operation and select preferred bidders, and develop the technical team for the start-up and operational phases.
Importantly you will manage the product interfaces with the national grid operator to support commercial contracts and assist execute the EPC contracts, in addition to tendering the O&M and TSC contracts.
We are seeking a degree qualified engineer with 15+ years experience, preferably with exposure to large industrial developments e.g refineries, smelters, mills. You will require strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and be able work in a multi cultural environment.
