HBTC have been engaged by our client to recruit a Regional Business Manager based in Dubai to handle and grow their business in the Middle East and North Africa region.

CAPABILITIES
- Preparing and submitting requested reports, documentation, and any other “paper work”. (e.g. weekly sales reports, expense reports, area or account business plans)
- Understand the petroleum equipment market place and what factors influence our business
- Develop new territory accounts and train them on Wayne products and processes
- Understand emerging technologies both within the industry and from Wayne
- Understand balance sheets, income statements, credit ratings, etc. in order to analysis commercial health of prospective distributors
- Effectively manage their time
- Ability to focus on job responsibilities with minimal supervision

- Successfully prepare and present sales presentations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare annual business plan for assigned territory
- Prepare annual business plan with distributors in territory complete with growth expectations and action plan to support growth
- Meet annually with distributors to communicate company business objectives
- Provide all required reports/documentation on time
- Identify target accounts and develop action plans
- Train distributor sales personnel on Wayne products
- Increase sales and margin dollars on three Wayne products of Dispensers, Systems, and Service in given territory over given time period.
- Communicate events, changes, or situations in petroleum equipment industry to management that may have an impact on Wayne’s business
- Organize, promote, and attend regional equipment trade shows
- Communicate any significant competitive developments to management
- Provide product and market data to marketing when requested
- Act as liaison between customers and Wayne service in the case of quality or reliability issues
- Collect past due accounts receivables
