Currently, The Command Recruitment Group is sourcing two Senior Environmental Advisors to support our client's Environmental Group for a world-class oil and gas project. We are seeking one in engineering and the other in marine. You will be based in the Perth office with the occassional site work on a required basis.
Some of the responsibilities of these roles include:
Participate in the environmental review of engineering works / marine works and related activities associated with the design and construction phases / with the construction phase marine works (downstream only).
Provide environmental advice to the engineering team and contractors Facilitate the preparation of technical documents required for procurement bid packages
Perform the review of vendor and subcontract submissions
Participate in risk based workshops (HAZID/design etc) and in the Environmental auditing program as required
You would require relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience, excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic which is essential to excel in the role.
