The Role  As thenbsp;leadnbsp;Exploratory Geologist, you willnbsp;manage, leadnbsp;andnbsp;buildnbsp;your own team. This will be a hands on position in identifying, exploring and developing our clients existing and prroposed coal assets. As a key team member you will play a lead role in managing both external and internal parties to achieve the companys goals in the development of its coal assets. In return the successful candidate will be able to negotiate their salary and there will also be a performance based employee stock option plan.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:    Locate coal extraction sites or coal desposits     Design of large scale exploration programmes     Mapping and interpretation of collated data     Design of drilling trajectories     Develop and negotiate the drilling and completion contracts with stakeholders     Supervision and control the logging and coring phases of the exploratory drilling campaign. <Description>We require yet another Track Supervisor to work on this world leading WA based project located in the Pilbara region.   Required ASAP Long Term Contracts - up to 2011 FIFO to anywhere in Australia   With the project now ramping up into its new phase of construction we now require an additional Track Supervisor to work on a large track which will stretch more than 300 Kilometers.   This role will require you to be a EPCM experienced supervisor who must be able to provide support and other duties to the superintendent along with leading large teams of contractors.    With this being a multibillion dollar project we require a highly skilled supervisor who must be able to meet the following requirements.     Be able to supervise large teams of the construction sub contractors.Report through the progress to the superintendent.Meeting project deadlines and ensuring HSE standards.Monitor the work of contractors and consultants to ensure contract and project objectives are achieved or exceeded.Attend kick-off, daily pre-start and weekly meetings with consultants, contractors.Maintain documentation relating to work on the contract.Supervision of any extra works by contractors and preparation documentation verifying completion of the work and counter sign contractors hourly works time sheets.   This is an excellent opportunity to be based on site working a long term contract for a minimum of 12 months and make good money while it counts. You will be required to and have an excellent track record of:   Providing expert commissioning support to your team. Maintain team performance in regards to quality and performance. Overview: The position will be based in Madagascar. My client is in need of an expatriate that will work on a rotational basis. The role is essential to the startup and commissioning of a large mining project.  The successful candidate will report to the General Foreman Instrumentation and will be responsible for instrumentation design in power generation systems.   Duties and Responsibilities: -Ensure that safety procedures and standards are followed by maintenance personnel, and maintain close collaboration with the HSE department. -Maintain plant controllers, Electronic Instruments, and equipment in a good condition to enable efficient production operability with minimum maintenance interruption. -Must be able to provide technical expertise in fault finding, repair, routine, and preventative maintenance of all specialised equipment, instrumentation and systems in the field. -Ensure technical support and analysis for the plant controls and measurement systems. -Provide technical support related to problem solving, repairs and optimisation of preventative maintenance. -Collaborate with Human Resources to create training programs for maintenance of complex equipment and provide technical support for training. -Collaborate to training programs supplied by vendors; share experiences, knowledge and up to date practices with local workers. -Collaborate with planning and purchasing teams the selection of spare parts, material, equipment and tools for plant startup and operation. -Collaborate with General Foreman to establish  safe procedures for maintenance, environment, startup and operation. -Promote team spirit and good communications with everyone. <Description> Market Leader  In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing electrical engineering support for our Tonnage business, throughout the South Pacific region.  The focus will be on investment in new operational plant, where you will have accountability for design, procurement and project management support  to deliver projects safely, on budget and on schedule.  Specific responsibilities will include:   Specification of Electrical motors and starting parameters to meet utility requirements  Design of Electrical supply infrastructure  both LV and HV  Preparation of capital budget estimates  Coordination of the process of tendering capital work  both equipment purchase and field installation  Oversight of equipment installation  including:  o Auditing of installation work to agreed specifications o Coordination of testing and commissioning o Training of Operations personnel o Provision of all project documentation   Leading trouble shooting and incident investigation teams as required  Identifying and maintaining relationships with key vendors for electrical technology, as well as relevant industry bodies and utility providors.  In terms of skills, experience and qualifications  we require you to have a degree in electrical engineering supported by considerable, well developed experience in a combination of operational, design and project management roles.  Though not essential, experience within a contract engineering organization would be beneficial.  You will have sound experience in building and motivating teams and the ability to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels  including key internal and external (customer) stakeholders.  You will have well developed written and verbal communication skills; having the ability to translate technical information to layman language and to adjust your communication strategies to suit the audience.  As this role has South Pacific responsibilities, we would expect you to travel regularly throughout the region. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to;   Supervision of the Plant Superintendent and all activities undertaken by the plant department team;Manage operations of the barging facilities;Ensure sufficient capacity and allocations for the project;Manage logistical negotiations and transport from tunnel face to the barging facility including fixed and mobile plants;Ensuring delivery time frames and resources are met in relations to the mobile and fixed plant equipment;Approval of the selection of equipment such as jumbos, loaders, trucks, rigs, compressors etc;Managing the construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance of the plant equipment;Managing the decommissioning and removal of plant.
